Monday-Friday 5:30 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
Sunday 12 Noon – 5:00 pm

Pool closes 15 minutes prior to closing.

Directions:

From the Upper Cape or from Points West:

Route 495 to Route 25 to Route 6 to Sagamore Bridge or Route 3 to Sagamore Bridge. Over the bridge proceed on Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway). Take Exit 6 off Mid-Cape Highway and take a left onto Route 132. Proceed down Rt. 132 about 3/4 mile. Look for YMCA entrance on left.

From the Lower Cape:

Take Route 6 (Mid-Cape highway to Exit 6. Turn right off ramp (Route 132) and drive about 1/4 mile. Look for YMCA entrance on left.
