Wellness Center
Featuring state of the art cardio and strength training equipment and knowledgeable staff to assist you in your wellness goals. Members receive two orientation sessions with a staff member.
Group Fitness
Why not have fun while being fit? Group fitness classes include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Boot Camp, Sculpting and more! Find the class that’s perfect for you.
Cycling Studio
Enjoy a guided ride and burn some major calories on the Keiser M3 Bikes in the Cycling Studio. These classes are included for members, simply pick up a ticket at the Welcome Center to reserve your space up to 15 minutes prior to class.
Pools
Swim laps in our collegiate size pool (25 yards in length), or swim in our warm therapeutic pool kept between 88 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Family, Lap and Recreational Swimming available in both pools, see current schedule for details.
Child Watch
Let the kids have fun in an area designed just for them. This area hosts a climbing structure, loads of age-appropriate toys, child size restroom facilities, and a separate area for infants. For ages three months through nine years, this service is offered free to Y Family Members, reservations are required and can be placed up to 24 hours in advance. Time is limited to 1.5 hours per visit.
Diabetes Resource Center
The Diabetes Resource Center is open to the public. Come in and find the resources you need for your life with diabetes.
Locker Rooms
The Y has five locker rooms to best serve our diverse membership population. Adult locker rooms for men and women serve ages 14 and older while the family, boys and girls locker rooms serve families and children under age 14.
