Staff Leadership & Operations Teams

Stacie Peugh, President & CEO

Leadership Team, 25 Years of Service

I relocated to the Cape and accepted the position of President & CEO at the YMCA Cape Cod in late 2010. My primary focus is on the facility, financial and board development along with financial management, community development and overall operations in the delivery of the YMCAs mission in the community. I have vacationed on the Cape since early childhood and always had a dream to work with the Y in this community. I currently reside in Hyannis with my dog “Brindie” and Cape Cod Academy Chinese exchange student, “Amber.”

Christine Ezersky, Chief Human Resources Officer

Leadership Team, 7 Years of Service

My experience with the Y started more than 7 years ago when I accepted the position of Human Resources Director at the YMCA Cape Cod. The journey has brought me through a variety of experiences where I am able to support our employees in their work, well-being, and personal lives. I feel blessed to work with such a diverse staff. In 2010 I received the Unsung Hero Award from AYP and in 2011 I received the Employee of the Year Award from the YMCA Cape Cod. In my time away from the Y I enjoy spending time with my husband and family.

PJ aka Patrick Richardson, Chief Financial Development Officer

Leadership Team, 15 Years of Service

My Y experience began at YMCA Camp Lyndon. I had the pleasure of sharing one of the Cape’s best kept secrets with thousands of Cape families at Camp Lyndon. With an amazing staff team and creative property development, Lyndon became a vehicle for our Y to strengthen the foundation of community outside of our walls. Community service and social services have always been a passion for me. The Y has allowed me to focus my efforts in these areas for the benefit of Cape families including my own. I have grown professionally thanks to the Y and I now give direction to our philanthropic work. I have the best job in the world. I raise dollars to help the YMCA Cape Cod move us all forward. I take great pride in the fact that no one is turned away from Y programs and services due to an inability to pay.
