Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Dance Fitness with Christy. This class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Please bring your own towel and water.
