Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Yogalates with Barbara. This is an exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Body Sculpt with Christine. This class is an anaerobic, muscle-toning class focused primarily on core and body muscle strength. Most sculpting classes will use a combination of stability balls, exercise bands, and dumbbells, while participants will perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Restorative Yoga with Christine. Restorative Yoga is definitely classified as a therapeutic form of Yoga. The purpose of restorative Yoga is designed to provide support and help the body to relax during asana practice. This is often referred to as active relaxation. It combines targeted body sculpting exercises and a high energy cardio workout with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party.
