Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Yogalates with Barbara. This is an exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Please bring your own towel and water.
