Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for our Boot Camp with Andy. This is a non-aerobic class that integrates functional movements performed at high intensity for max results. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Please bring your own towel and water.
