Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Half and Half with Marcia. This class is easy to follow but challenging cardio followed by half muscle conditioning using a variety of fitness equipment. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Body Sculpt with Christine. Cardio Sculpt is a fun, fast-paced fitness class that combines cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, including the use of weights and barbells. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Zumba Toning with Carolyn. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar! It combines targeted body sculpting exercises and a high energy cardio workout with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Restorative Yoga with Christine. Restorative Yoga is definitely classified as a therapeutic form of Yoga. The purpose of restorative Yoga is designed to provide support and help the body to relax during asana practice. This is often referred to as active relaxation. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. A class for seniors emphasizing balance/fall prevention, stretching, and strengthening exercises to increase muscle mass and deter osteoporosis.
