PLEASE NOTE: Children cannot be accepted into the program unless they are pre-registered.
Registration includes:
• Completed enrollment form
• Up-to-date copy of your child’s physical
• Copy of your child’s immunization record
• Required deposit
We’re getting an upgrade! On Friday, December 6th we will be switching out most of our cardio equipment for brand new models. Keep an eye out for new treadmills, recumbent bikes and more! Please note that access to the Wellness Floor may be disrupted at this time.
