Looking for a stress-free party for your child’s special day? Celebrate your birthday or other events at the Y! We offer a party package including access to a party room and use of our small pool. You bring the food, drinks, and kids and we will handle the rest. Your guests can have fun and celebrate while you relax and enjoy.

SCHEDULE:

12:00pm -12:30pm: Access to party room for set up/decorating

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Swim test & Small Pool/Swimming

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Party room for food and cake

2:30pm – 3:OOpm: Break down and clean up

WHAT’S INLCUDED:

• I hour in the small pool
• I hour in the party room for food and cake Tables & Chairs
• Outside food is allowed
• A designated birthday host for the duration of the party

PARTY GUIDELINES:

• The birthday host will assist in setting up the tables and chairs, accommodating your requests at the party or helping with any other arrangements previously made.
• Access to the party room is available 30 minutes prior to the party for decorating.
• All food, beverages, utensils and decorations are your responsibility to bring and clean up. *Refrigerator available for use.
• All parties must conclude promptly at the end of their allotted time. The YMCA closes promptly at 3pm.
• All swimmers will be swim tested prior to entering the pool.
• Inflatables may be used in the small pool.
