YMCA Cape Cod invites you to join them at their annual Healthy Kids Day event on April 20th from 11:30am- 2:30pm at Lyndon P. Lorusso YMCA in West Barnstable. This free, annual event features a variety of family- friendly activities to encourage healthy kids, healthy families, and a healthy start to the summer season!

Bike safety demos
Healthy Snacks
Interactive Super Hero and Princess characters
Learn about proper nutrition through engaging activities
