Join us on the basketball court of the YMCA Cape Cod for Body Sculpt with Christine. This class is an anaerobic, muscle-toning class focused primarily on core and body muscle strength. Most sculpting classes will use a combination of stability balls, exercise bands, and dumbbells, while participants will perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. Pre-registration is required – no walk-ins, guests or nationwide members. Members will be arranged at least 10 feet apart – masks will be required for entering/exiting the court. Please bring your own towel and water.
